Tracking your order
Parcels sent via express delivery can be tracked and traced.Email us and we can send you your tracking number. You can then track your order through the DHL website.
How long will your order take to arrive?
Most orders sent via DHL to metropolitan areas will arrive within 3-4 business days after dispatch. Please allow extra time for delivery to regional and remote areas. Due to inconsistent postal standards across international regions, we are unable to guarantee delivery times, however we do work closely with all our couriers to make sure all issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
